Even as a little child, Dr. Damir Cvencek Sipan showed exceptional paranormal abilities. Because of his congenital mental strength, ability to feel at the moment, sees a future event, very often, people were shocked with the precision and accuracy.


    The first significant experience in the field of bioenergy Dr. Sipan is felt in the course of secondary education ( medical school ). After several years of work in Istra ( Umag ) at medical institutions, has decided to deepen their professional knowledge, going to Milan to the Scientific Research Institute for Bioenergy. Staying in Milan, 1994, he received three degrees from the prestigious world-renowned institute, and became MB ( Maestro Bioterapeuta ). At this institute he demonstrated supernormal energy of the first category, as well as the certificate issued, so, dr. Sipan had a possibility to treat various illnesses, including those hardest. That same year, in Trieste, he was founded the company and opened a private studio for biotherapy. Doing business as Maestro Bioterapeuta, he led numerous public lectures in Italy.

 During 2000. he returned to Umag and founded the company "Sipan" which deals with spiritual work. Then he started with numerous public appearances in Croatia, which were often accompanied by television cameras. Regularly appearing on the Istrian radio stations (Radio Eurostar - Umag, Radio - Porec, Pula Radio, ...) he has become a highly respected parapsychologist and healer.

 In early 2004, as a student at the International Institute of Alternative Medicine in India (Calcutta), graduated in alternative medicine, and became:
 "Doctor in Alternative Medicines M.D. / A.M.".

Since Dr. Sipan has interested in paranormal phenomena (spiritism, magic, clairvoyance, ...), in contact with the world parapsychologists at Universal Light Church - USA, gained a diploma of "Doctor of Divinity" (Doctor of the Universal Energy), which he opens the way for a variety of parapsychological research.
